Embarking upon a new programme is exciting and can be a little daunting, so let me help you get started on your fat loss journey with my package of nutritional coaching and workouts.  I am offering a 6 week programme with nutritional lectures, personalised eating plans, workouts, and support via email and telephone.

We are all as different on the inside as we are outside, so your unique metabolic tendencies will be determined through questionnaires.   You will be placed in the appropriate diet category but this is just the starting point! Group Exercise Classes

The Metabolic Effect (ME) classes are the next generation in the group fitness world.
