Come and enjoy a cookery course at Delizzimo’s professional, purpose built kitchen, just outside Milton Keynes at Little Crawley. Whether you are a complete novice or an accomplished cook, I have a range of courses to suit, enabling you to learn new skills in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. In addition to being a professionally trained chef, I have taught cookery skills since 2002 and am ready to help teach you anything from basic skills to Michelin starred dishes.
Each class has a maximum of six participants to ensure that everyone receives individual attention. All of the courses are very ‘hands-on’ with lots of food to take home with you. Everything is provided – ingredients, equipment, aprons and containers to take food home in but you may need a cool bag/box for the journey home.
You can attend one of my scheduled courses, or get together with a group of your friends for a tailor made day of your choice. Alternatively I can come to your home and help you brush up on some existing skills, or teach you something new. Here’s a taster of some of the days I can offer:
