This six week programme teaches you some of the science behind the Metabolic Effect diet, helping you to make better choices every time you eat and sending the right signals to your body to burn fat.  This isn’t a quick fix diet; this programme helps you determine your body’s unique metabolic tendencies, giving you the tools to make long-lasting, sustainable change, and finally to stop dieting. Exercise plays an important part in the programme with routines to help you improve muscle tone and body shape.  You will also have access to a dedicated on-line discussion forum with other people following the programme.

Six Week On-Line Programme – £65

The next on-line programme will commence on Monday, 16th September 2011.  This programme allows you to go at your own pace, at a time convenient for you. After registration, you will receive a questionnaire for completion and return, and this will be used to provide you with a personalised eating plan for the programme. A food diary will be sent to you for weekly completion, allowing me to provide analysis and feedback for you on your plan, helping you to determine your unique metabolic tendencies.  This analysis and support will be provided through e-mail. You will receive weekly lectures to listen to at a time convenient for you, and two different workouts for you to do at home.  You will need dumbbells for your workouts (advice on weight selection will be given when the programme commences), access to e-mail, acrobat reader and an mp3 player.

 

 

Group Coaching – £480

This option has all of the benefits of one-to-one personal training and coaching in a small group of friends/colleagues, while sharing the cost.  Form your own group of a minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 people, and agree a weekly schedule with me for two half hour workouts and one nutritional coaching session per week.  Your progress will be tracked though body composition statistics taken on week 1, week 3 and week 6, as well as analysis and feedback of your food diary. As with the other six week options, you will each receive your personalised eating plan after completion of the questionnaires, mp3 workouts for you to do at your convenience (in addition to the 2 half hour sessions), and additional support through e-mail.

 

 

One to One Coaching – £420

A personal service at a time and location of your choice.  I will come to your home, place of work or another location of your choice, to give you two half hour personal training sessions a week and one nutritional coaching session.    Your progress will be tracked through body composition statistics taken on week 1, week 3 and week 6, as well as analysis and feedback of your food diary. You will receive a personalised eating plan after completion of the questionnaires, as well as additional mp3 workouts for you to perform at your leisure, and support via telephone and email. A personal service tailored to your needs.
