Embarking upon a new programme is exciting and can be a little daunting, so let me help you get started on your fat loss journey with my package of nutritional coaching and workouts.  I am offering a 6 week programme with nutritional lectures, personalised eating plans, workouts, and support via email and telephone.

We are all as different on the inside as we are outside, so your unique metabolic tendencies will be determined through questionnaires.   You will be placed in the appropriate diet category but this is just the starting point! As everyone is different you will learn to use your body’s biofeedback tools of hunger, cravings and energy levels, to adjust the diet to fit your needs.   The exercise workouts are designed to accelerate your fat burning, improve your muscle tone and body shape.  You can take part in my programme in any of the following three ways:

You will receive:

  • 6 lectures (1 per week) in MP3 format
  • 12 workouts (2 per week) in MP3 format
  • Analysis and feedback on weekly food diary (to be kept by you)

  • Listen to lectures and workout at a time to suit you

With a minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 people

  • Weekly group fat loss coaching sessions
  • Twice weekly group workout sessions
  • Analysis and feedback on weekly food diary (to be kept by you)
  • Dedicated on-line discussion forum
  • Telephone and e-mail support
  • Progress monitored through body composition measurements
  • Coaching and workout sessions to take place on an agreed schedule at a location convenient to the group

One to one coaching

You will receive:

  • One personal nutrition session and two workout sessions per week in your home, office or location of your choice
